DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 7
Lessons to Master Your Money, Career, Health & Relationships.

Welcome back! We are wrapping up week 1 of the 30 Day Challenge! Congratulations to all of you who have made the commitment to follow this daily! I hope you are benefiting from this in a big way! If you’re just joining us on this journey, don’t worry about the days you’ve missed so far. If you have time, catch up on the days missed, but make sure to go through today’s session anyway and catch up when you have time.

Today the video is going to talk about ACTION! Have you ever NOT taken action because you just didn’t know what to do? In Day 7’s video, Tom Wood says that’s one of the main reasons people give for not taking action.

I want to share a little bit of my story. Years ago, I had a hard time propelling myself into action even though I badly wanted to experience success in my work and life, but more specifically at that time, in my work. Luckily, I had the good sense to go talk to someone about it so I went to the pastor of my church. I wanted to live out my purpose but I didn’t know what it was at the time, so I asked him, what is my purpose? What should I be doing?  Of course he couldn’t answer that for me but he told me one thing: Do something. Stay in motion.

It made sense so I did just that. I finished my degree in interior design. I started doing some design work and then it didn’t feel right because I knew I wanted to help people in a deeper way so I became a professional organizer, because I knew that clutter could be debilitating and I wanted to help people feel less stressed and make space for growth. I felt I was getting closer but not quite the right fit. I noticed I was coaching my clients because the physical clutter was just a manifestation of mental clutter. So I went on to learn as much about life coaching as possible. I tried it out and knew that this was the right fit!

What you may not know about me is that at the age of 15, I wanted to be a psychologist because I was interested in how our mind works and I wanted to help people. I had come full circle and am now living my purpose!  Why did I share all this? Because I would never have figured it out unless I took some kind of action! Do something, anything! You may feel like a crazy at the start of it, but believe me, it’s part of the journey so be courageous, trust that you have the answers within and that you'll figure it out as you go!

Guest speaker Dr. Barbara DeAngelis shares one phrase you can use to improve your relationships! My husband and I use this principle daily and because of it, we are experiencing such a deep and loving relationship!

Enjoy the video and see you tomorrow where we start our 2nd week of the 30 Day Challenge!

DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 6
Lessons to Master Your Money, Career, Health & Relationships.

Welcome back! We are on Day 6 of the 30 Day Challenge! If you’re just joining us on this journey, don’t worry about the days you’ve missed so far. If you have time, catch up on the days missed.  If you don’t, make sure to go through today’s session anyway and catch up when you have time.

Today the video is going to talk about The Power of Belief. What you believe is possible in your life will ultimately shape the results and outcomes you experience.  To experience any kind of success in any area of your life, you have to be mindful of your thoughts, the daily recordings that are playing over and over in your head.  Your mindset is the key to experiencing great success. Alternatively, it could also be that which is holding you back from experiencing it.

Watch the video below and then come back and check out the coaching questions below to apply this key principle in your life!  Enjoy!

COACHING CORNER:

·         How healthy is your current mindset?  It is one that supports your goals and dreams or is it one that limits them?

·         Exercise: Spend some time and write down your self-dialogue (the things you repeatedly tell yourself daily). Write down the good and the bad. (I’m not wealthy. I am a flake. I don’t deserve to be happy. I am a world changer! Everything I touch turns to gold!)

Once you have a list, challenge those limiting beliefs that do not serve you and replace them with ones that do, and then once you do, believe!

Welcome back! We are on Day 5 of the 30 Day Challenge! If you’re just joining us on this journey, don’t worry about the days you’ve missed so far. If you have time, catch up on the days missed.  If you don’t, make sure to go through today’s session anyway and catch up when you have time.

Thank you to those who have contacted me and are providing positive feedback about this course! I am so glad this is impacting your life as it did mine!  Please feel free to share this link to others who would be impacted by this as well so that they too can follow along!

Today the video is going to talk about The YOU Factor! Have you looked at the results in your life and thought, if only my circumstances were different, I’d have different results? If only I had more resources, if only my job was different... Have you asked yourself lately – what role do I play in the results that I experience in my life? Who are my associations? What am I feeding my mind?

Darren Hardy gives us the recipe for shaping the results we experience in our lives! Yet another inspiring video on our 30 Day journey! Enjoy and stay tuned for Day 6!

DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 4
Lessons to Master Your Money, Career, Health & Relationships.

Welcome back! We are on Day 4 of the 30 Day Challenge! If you’re just joining us on this journey, don’t worry about the days you’ve missed so far. If you have time, catch up on the days missed.  If you don’t, make sure to go through today’s session anyway and catch up when you have time.

Today, the video is going to teach you about “Personal Responsibility” and “Resourcefulness”. As you go through this 30 Day Challenge, be aware of the “I already know that” syndrome. There is a difference between what you already know and what you actually apply in your life.

If you are already familiar with the principles in the video to follow, that’s great! Now listen with the intention of applying these principles in a specific aspect of your life and then take advantage of the coaching questions below to create a game plan so that you can put it into ACTION!  Enjoy!

COACHING QUESTION:

·         Which area in your life do you feel you need to take more personal responsibility for?

·         What is the one goal you wish you can achieve but for which you have been waiting for the “right resources” to come your way instead of maximizing what resources you already have?   After you’ve identified that, list down your current resources that could help you achieve your goal. Possible resources: People you know, your education, talents, skills, equipment, tools, supplies, etc.  You may be pleasantly surprised!

DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 3
Lessons to Master Your Money, Career, Health & Relationships.

Welcome back! We are on Day 3 of the 30 Day Challenge! If you’re just joining us on this journey, don’t worry about the days you’ve missed so far. If you have time, catch up on the days missed.  If you don’t, make sure to go through today’s session anyway and catch up when you have time.

My old self would have put off reading this until I have caught up with the other days so that I can do it “perfectly”.  Then one day follows the next and then there are just too many days to catch up on that I get discouraged and never get to it. Don’t do what I did!  I know some of you know exactly what I’m talking about! ;P

Today, the video is going to teach you about “The Slight Edge”.  Learn and master this principle and you can create MASSIVE change in every area of your life!  The featured speaker today is Jim Cathcart. This video of Jim telling a story about a 19-year old named Tim gets me pumped and inspired every time I watch it! Enjoy!

COACHING QUESTION:
Tom Wood prompted you to write one thing besides the Course in Mastery, that you wish you were doing on a daily basis.

·         What is the ONE thing you wish you were doing on a daily basis that you are going to commit to doing for the next 7 days?

·         Who are you going to tell this mini-goal to so that they can keep you accountable?
Tip: Make sure you pick someone who loves and encourages you. Schedule daily check-ins via phone, text, email, whatever is easiest for both of you. The important thing is that you’re reporting your daily progress! Having to report to someone will help keep you doing it!

DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 2
Lessons to master your money, career, health & relationships.

Welcome back to Day 2 of the 30 Day Challenge! Did you miss Day 1? Don’t worry about it. Either catch up and read my previous blog covering Day 1 (it’s only 15 minutes) and then get into the groove watch today’s video! If you only have time to watch one video, watch today’s and note the days you miss in your journal and catch up when you have time or after we’re done the series.  Each day is on a different topic so even though it’s ideal to do it one day after the next to practice consistency, it won’t majorly affect what you get out of each day.

Consistency is key so if this is important to you, even though it may feel unnatural at first to get up 15 minutes earlier, or whatever it is to make this a priority, do it. As I studied discipline so that I can achieve what I desired in my life, I mistakenly assumed when I saw someone super healthy that they are health fanatics and that they always feel like working out and eating healthy.

Wanting to know their secret, I went to some of them and asked, how do you do it? How do you make yourself exercise every single day? How do you make yourself prepare healthy lunches and healthy snacks even though you’re so tired and it would have been easier to go to a drive through after work? Don’t you ever feel skipping a day and not do it? And they always answered back, “Of course! But I do it anyway because the feeling of NOT doing it is worst than what I feel when I do it.”

So I want to encourage you – you may not always feel like doing it, but do it anyway.

COACHING QUESTION:
The video prompted you to write some goals.

What is the ONE goal that will most impact your life if you achieve it in the near future?  Select one now.

Out of 10, 1 being you’re not likely to accomplish it and 10 being you will definitely accomplish it, what would you rate your goal?

If it’s anything LESS than 10, boil your goal down to a smaller goal so that you can honestly and easily give it a 10. That way, you will definitely accomplish it, creating results and momentum early on in this 30 Day journey!

DAY CHALLENGE
Lessons to master your money, career, health & relationships.

I want to invite you to join me in the 30 Day Challenge with Mastery TV!  For the month of April, I will go on this 30 day journey with you in learning fundamental principles that are key to mastering areas in our life such as: money, career, health & relationships. I’ve been through it twice already and I want to tell you, if you haven’t watched this series yet, you don’t want to miss this!

I will post one video each day, every day for the next 30 days.  Each video will deliver one specific lesson delivered by Tom Wood along with an expert speaker on the subject being taught. You will need to commit to investing in yourself by setting aside 15 minutes each day to follow this course. Don’t have time? How can you make time? We all have the same amount of time, it’s all about managing priorities. If you feel that this is something worth doing, you’ll make time. Sometimes it will take getting up a little earlier, or you can hook your iPhone up and play the video on your drive to work. Be creative.

Don’t just watch it – put it into ACTION. Do the exercises. Share it with someone. When you DO something with the golden nugget you just learned, it helps you remember it, live it and that’s when you start experiencing results!

COACHING QUESTION:
At which point in the day can you schedule 15 minutes to invest in yourself by following this course?
