DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 11
Lessons to Master Your Money, Career, Health & Relationships.

“Change your life by changing your mind.” – Jim Stogal

Welcome to Day 11 of the 30 Day Challenge! Today you are going to learn from Tom Wood the secret formula that will enable you to:

·         Convince your spouse that you are right, every time
      ·         Have your boss listen and act upon your ideas
      ·         Get people to give you money and feel great about it
      ·         Get your kids to listen to you with attention and discipline

He is going to speak to you about the Power of Influence and give you a step by step process on how to go about doing it authentically and effectively.

It is a privilege to be able to dream and choose what we want to do with our lives, especially for those of us living in North America where every resource is literally at our finger tips.   Yet I find we sometimes squander our talents and our time. With this privilege comes a great responsibility to be the best that we can be so that we can impact our world in our own unique ways. When was the last time you dreamed?

Enjoy the powerful story of guest speaker Jim Stogal. See you tomorrow!

DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 9
Lessons to Master Your Money, Career, Health & Relationships.

“The best way for you and I to be interesting is for you and I to be interested.”
– Michael Brooks

Welcome to Day 9 of the 30 Day Challenge! I hope you are enjoying this series so far and that your mindset is being challenged and that you feel you’re being stretched! Remember the all important ACTION component to this challenge!

Nothing will change unless you change!

I know...that’s deep.  Don’t let the simplicity of that statement cause you to pass it off. Read it again. What have you been doing over and over (and over) again expecting a different outcome?

Today, we’re going to look at the topic of how to build trust and rapport. Why is this important? For those of you who own a business or render a service, you’ve heard it as the KNOW-LIKE-TRUST factor. If we had a choice, would we buy from someone we don’t like and don’t trust? Not likely.   For those of you who are working for a company – why is the skill of building trust and rapport so important?  How does this translate to your relationships?

Knowing how to do it is just as important as knowing how NOT to do it. This skill is an art. It’s not about learning how to manipulate others to get your way. It’s about truly connecting with another human being so that they want to help you because they feel you are there already doing the same.
Watch the video below to learn more about this foundational skill and then come back and check out the coaching questions below!

Enjoy and see you tomorrow!

DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 8
Lessons to Master Your Money, Career, Health & Relationships.

We are starting Week 2 of our 30 Day Challenge! If you haven’t noticed yet, this course is very interactive and you will only experience results if you  apply what you learn!

Today, we’re going to look at the topic of listening. Tom Wood and guest speaker Dr. Tony Alessandra give you tips on how to really listen to people. Listen with your eyes.  What?  Listen with your eyes. One of the things that have helped me be a better listener is to maintain eye contact.  I’ve been guilty of being distracted by other sounds or people while listening to a person. Once I made it a point to maintain eye contact, my ears were more focused on listening to who I was looking at.  Watch the videos below to get more tips on how to be an expert listener!

Enjoy and see you tomorrow!

o   Write it down in your journal, try it out and then review the results! Plan, do, review!

DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 7
Lessons to Master Your Money, Career, Health & Relationships.

Welcome back! We are wrapping up week 1 of the 30 Day Challenge! Congratulations to all of you who have made the commitment to follow this daily! I hope you are benefiting from this in a big way! If you’re just joining us on this journey, don’t worry about the days you’ve missed so far. If you have time, catch up on the days missed, but make sure to go through today’s session anyway and catch up when you have time.

Today the video is going to talk about ACTION! Have you ever NOT taken action because you just didn’t know what to do? In Day 7’s video, Tom Wood says that’s one of the main reasons people give for not taking action.

I want to share a little bit of my story. Years ago, I had a hard time propelling myself into action even though I badly wanted to experience success in my work and life, but more specifically at that time, in my work. Luckily, I had the good sense to go talk to someone about it so I went to the pastor of my church. I wanted to live out my purpose but I didn’t know what it was at the time, so I asked him, what is my purpose? What should I be doing?  Of course he couldn’t answer that for me but he told me one thing: Do something. Stay in motion.

It made sense so I did just that. I finished my degree in interior design. I started doing some design work and then it didn’t feel right because I knew I wanted to help people in a deeper way so I became a professional organizer, because I knew that clutter could be debilitating and I wanted to help people feel less stressed and make space for growth. I felt I was getting closer but not quite the right fit. I noticed I was coaching my clients because the physical clutter was just a manifestation of mental clutter. So I went on to learn as much about life coaching as possible. I tried it out and knew that this was the right fit!

What you may not know about me is that at the age of 15, I wanted to be a psychologist because I was interested in how our mind works and I wanted to help people. I had come full circle and am now living my purpose!  Why did I share all this? Because I would never have figured it out unless I took some kind of action! Do something, anything! You may feel like a crazy at the start of it, but believe me, it’s part of the journey so be courageous, trust that you have the answers within and that you'll figure it out as you go!

Guest speaker Dr. Barbara DeAngelis shares one phrase you can use to improve your relationships! My husband and I use this principle daily and because of it, we are experiencing such a deep and loving relationship!

Enjoy the video and see you tomorrow where we start our 2nd week of the 30 Day Challenge!

DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 6
Lessons to Master Your Money, Career, Health & Relationships.

Welcome back! We are on Day 6 of the 30 Day Challenge! If you’re just joining us on this journey, don’t worry about the days you’ve missed so far. If you have time, catch up on the days missed.  If you don’t, make sure to go through today’s session anyway and catch up when you have time.

Today the video is going to talk about The Power of Belief. What you believe is possible in your life will ultimately shape the results and outcomes you experience.  To experience any kind of success in any area of your life, you have to be mindful of your thoughts, the daily recordings that are playing over and over in your head.  Your mindset is the key to experiencing great success. Alternatively, it could also be that which is holding you back from experiencing it.

Watch the video below and then come back and check out the coaching questions below to apply this key principle in your life!  Enjoy!

COACHING CORNER:

·         How healthy is your current mindset?  It is one that supports your goals and dreams or is it one that limits them?

·         Exercise: Spend some time and write down your self-dialogue (the things you repeatedly tell yourself daily). Write down the good and the bad. (I’m not wealthy. I am a flake. I don’t deserve to be happy. I am a world changer! Everything I touch turns to gold!)

Once you have a list, challenge those limiting beliefs that do not serve you and replace them with ones that do, and then once you do, believe!

Today the video is going to talk about The YOU Factor! Have you looked at the results in your life and thought, if only my circumstances were different, I’d have different results? If only I had more resources, if only my job was different... Have you asked yourself lately – what role do I play in the results that I experience in my life? Who are my associations? What am I feeding my mind?

Darren Hardy gives us the recipe for shaping the results we experience in our lives! Yet another inspiring video on our 30 Day journey! Enjoy and stay tuned for Day 6!
