Today we are going to learn about the Secrets of Negotiation. Some of you may hear the word negotiation and think it’s only for business application, but you need this skill to negotiate with people like your landlord, your kids, and your boss.

I coached someone recently to negotiate her salary and I made sure that she considered and used the very techniques mentioned in this video to effectively prepare herself for her yearly salary review. I’m happy to report she got very positive results and I believe her boss also won which is one of the keys to negotiating – you need to create a win-win situation.
