We’re on Day 15 of the 30 Day Challenge! Today might be one of the most important videos yet! If you are just joining us today, welcome! Each day is on a different topic so feel free to jump in!

If I were to ask you to rate your health from 1 to 10, 1 being far from ideal and 10 being ideal, what would you rate it? If it’s not ideal, what are you currently doing to improve that rating? Do you want to make changes but are confused about where to start and how to choose which combination of diet, exercise and nutrition works for you?

Today’s video is by Darren Hardy and he explains his no-nonsense approach to nutrition. He boils everything down to the basics in a way we can all understand. Health is wealth as they say, so please make time to watch this video.

If you think back about the last time you had a bad cold or were out of commission due to a health problem, how effective were you in life? Probably not that effective, and yet a lot of us put our work, our families, our community groups over taking care of our health.
