DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 2
Lessons to master your money, career, health & relationships.


Welcome back to Day 2 of the 30 Day Challenge! Did you miss Day 1? Don’t worry about it. Either catch up and read my previous blog covering Day 1 (it’s only 15 minutes) and then get into the groove watch today’s video! If you only have time to watch one video, watch today’s and note the days you miss in your journal and catch up when you have time or after we’re done the series.  Each day is on a different topic so even though it’s ideal to do it one day after the next to practice consistency, it won’t majorly affect what you get out of each day.

Consistency is key so if this is important to you, even though it may feel unnatural at first to get up 15 minutes earlier, or whatever it is to make this a priority, do it. As I studied discipline so that I can achieve what I desired in my life, I mistakenly assumed when I saw someone super healthy that they are health fanatics and that they always feel like working out and eating healthy.  

Wanting to know their secret, I went to some of them and asked, how do you do it? How do you make yourself exercise every single day? How do you make yourself prepare healthy lunches and healthy snacks even though you’re so tired and it would have been easier to go to a drive through after work? Don’t you ever feel skipping a day and not do it? And they always answered back, “Of course! But I do it anyway because the feeling of NOT doing it is worst than what I feel when I do it.

So I want to encourage you – you may not always feel like doing it, but do it anyway.

Out of 10, 1 being you’re not likely to accomplish it and 10 being you will definitely accomplish it, what would you rate your goal?

If it’s anything LESS than 10, boil your goal down to a smaller goal so that you can honestly and easily give it a 10. That way, you will definitely accomplish it, creating results and momentum early on in this 30 Day journey!
